Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Steps to Initiate a Return

Use a trusted courier service to ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is complete.

Refund Policy

Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, or store credit).

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, we will provide you with a refund or store credit.

For defective or incorrect items, we will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged  Items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
